Most FAQs

Our service hours are usually Monday to Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm. We can also arrange services in the evening or on the weekend.  
We do not require our clients to sign contracts or agreements. We always try to do our best and hope that clients will stay with us for a long time.

Yes, our company has WSIB and is fully bonded and insured.

Yes, many of our clients provide us with the access code. Some clients choose to leave the key in the lock box. Some clients are using smart locks which can be opened remotely. There are also clients who provide the keys.

We accept  e-transfer, cheque or cash .We can provide an invoice upon the request. 

If you are not satisfied with the quality of cleaning, please contact our office within 24 hours : we will correct the cleaning within couple of days or we will offer a discount for the next cleaning visit.

We appreciate 2 days cancellation notice. If cleaning is canceled on the day of the scheduled visit than we would request $80.00 cancellation fee.

For regular services we use client's supplies and equipment. We are happy to make recommendations: there are so many options . Many clients are choosing environmentally friendly products.  
We only provide our own supplies and equipment for after construction cleaning.

Depending on the size and type of the pet, we may require your presence for the first cleaning so our professionals may become acquainted with the pet.
